By registering to bid, the bidder acknowledges his acceptance of the Conditions of Sale and shall be bound accordingly.  Kindly note that the respective lot's bidding increment shall follow accordingly to the amount stated as per the Bid Increment Table.  

Buyer's Premium:

15% to be payable in addition to the hammer price
