All you need to do is to  become a member (it's Free!) on the website.  Then validate your email address and log into the website with your username and password.

Browse and register for the event you wish to participate.  Make sure you have read through the terms & conditions.  Key in the particulars and an email will be sent to you.  Upon successful registration, you'll be given a bidder approval email and your Bidder Number.
